删除云端账号不可撤销。公开链接会立即失效；保存在手机本机的作品不会被删除。
1. 在应用内删除
- 登录Agentale，打开“云端账号”页面。
- 找到“删除云端账号”。
- 准确输入大写 DELETE，点击“永久删除云端账号”。
- 等待应用显示删除结果；如果对象清理仍在进行，系统会继续自动处理，必要时转人工处理。
这是最快的删除方式，系统会同时退出当前账号并清理应用中保存的账号凭据。
2. 通过邮件申请
如无法进入应用，请从可证明账号归属的邮箱发送邮件至 fuchitech@qq.com，主题写“Agentale 账号删除申请”，并提供用于识别账号的必要信息。为防止他人冒删，我们可能要求完成合理的身份或账号控制权验证。
请勿在邮件中发送密码、恢复码、API 密钥、银行卡完整号码或与核验无关的敏感个人信息。
3. 删除范围
删除请求确认后，我们将停止提供该云端账号，并删除或去标识化与其关联的账号资料、云端作品、版本、上传对象、发布状态、授权选择及其他可直接关联的数据。公开分享链接将停止访问。
如果某些内容依法必须保留，或涉及安全、反滥用、权利投诉、交易、税务、争议或诉讼保全，我们只在必要范围和期限内限制性保存。
4. 处理时间与保存期限
活动系统中的关联数据原则上在删除请求确认后 30 日内删除或去标识化；轮换备份原则上在 90 日内失效。安全、反滥用和发布审计记录通常最多保存 180 日；客服与申诉记录通常最多保存 24 个月。依法另有要求的，从其规定。
5. 订阅与本机作品
删除云端账号不会删除仅保存在手机本机的作品，也不会替你取消由 Google Play 或其他支付渠道管理的订阅。若存在有效订阅，请先在相应支付渠道中取消，避免后续续费。
Cloud-account deletion cannot be undone. Public links stop working immediately. Creations stored only on your phone are not deleted.
1. Delete in the app
- Sign in to Agentale and open the Cloud Account page.
- Find “Delete cloud account.”
- Enter uppercase DELETE exactly, then select “Permanently delete cloud account.”
- Wait for the deletion result. If object cleanup is pending, the system continues automatic processing and escalates to human handling when needed.
This is the fastest method. It also signs the account out and clears saved account credentials from the app.
2. Submit an email request
If you cannot access the app, email fuchitech@qq.com from an address that can demonstrate account ownership. Use the subject “Agentale account deletion request” and provide only the information needed to identify the account. We may require reasonable verification to prevent unauthorized deletion.
Do not email passwords, recovery codes, API keys, full payment-card numbers, or unrelated sensitive personal information.
3. What is deleted
After confirmation, we disable the cloud account and delete or de-identify associated profile data, cloud creations, versions, uploaded objects, publication status, consent choices, and other directly linked data. Public sharing links become inaccessible.
Information required for security, anti-abuse, rights complaints, transactions, tax, disputes, litigation holds, or other legal obligations is retained only as necessary and with restricted access.
4. Processing and retention
Associated data in active systems is generally deleted or de-identified within 30 days after confirmation. Rotating backups generally expire within 90 days. Security, abuse-prevention, and publication-audit records are generally retained for up to 180 days, and support or appeal records for up to 24 months. Longer retention applies where legally required.
5. Subscriptions and local creations
Deleting the cloud account does not delete creations stored only on your phone and does not cancel subscriptions managed by Google Play or another payment provider. If you have an active subscription, cancel it with the relevant payment provider to prevent renewal.
