核心规则：不得利用Agentale请求生成、生成、保存、发布、分享、传播或协助制作下列内容。平台可能在生成前和分享前进行安全检查，但技术措施不能替代用户对内容的审查与责任。
1. 适用范围与基本原则
本规范适用于你提交的文字、提示词、文件和素材，也适用于Agentale协助生成的代码、应用、网页、图片、音视频、说明、构建产物、公开作品和分享链接。你不得通过改写、编码、分步指令、外部链接或其他方式规避安全措施。
我们依据适用法律、Google Play 等应用商店规则和现实风险维护本规范。合法的教育、新闻、研究、艺术或安全防御场景仍须具有合理语境，且不得提供会实质促成违法或严重伤害的操作性帮助。
2. 不允许的内容
- 色情与性内容露骨色情、性服务、性剥削、偷拍色情，以及任何涉及未成年人的性内容。
- 暴力与血腥虐杀、肢解、酷刑、真实血腥画面，或美化、鼓励现实暴力。
- 仇恨与歧视针对种族、民族、国籍、宗教、性别、残障等群体的侮辱、仇恨或暴力煽动。
- 极端主义与恐怖主义宣传、招募、赞美恐怖组织或极端主义，或协助实施相关行为。
- 毒品及受管制物品毒品制造、交易，以及违法获取处方药或其他受管制物品。
- 武器与危险品违法购买或制造武器、爆炸物、危险化学品，以及具体伤害实施指导。
- 自杀、自残与危险行为鼓励或指导自杀、自残，以及可能造成严重伤害的极端危险挑战。
- 违法犯罪盗窃、诈骗、洗钱、绑架、勒索、制假、逃避执法等实质性犯罪协助。
- 赌博及博彩非法赌博、博彩引流，或在未获许可的地区提供受监管博彩服务。
- 欺诈与金融犯罪钓鱼、信用卡欺诈、虚假投资、资金盘、冒充诈骗等。
- 网络攻击与恶意软件盗号、木马、勒索软件、窃取凭证、破坏他人系统或绕过授权。
- 隐私与个人信息侵犯人肉搜索、泄露身份证号、手机号、地址、银行卡等敏感信息，或非法跟踪监控。
- 骚扰、霸凌与威胁针对个人的持续骚扰、恐吓、羞辱、勒索或现实伤害威胁。
- 未成年人不当内容诱骗、性化未成年人、儿童剥削，以及其他严重危害儿童的内容。
- 虚假身份与冒充以欺骗为目的冒充真人、伪造身份材料，或制作、传播欺骗性 Deepfake。
- 知识产权侵权盗版、破解、绕过付费机制、仿冒品牌，或大规模侵犯著作权和商标权。
- 垃圾信息与恶意营销批量骚扰邮件、垃圾短信、刷评论、刷量、虚假评价或恶意引流。
- 高风险误导信息尤其在医疗、金融、法律领域，把未经验证的信息包装成确定性专业结论。
- 动物虐待鼓励、展示或指导虐待动物，或以满足虐待欲为目的的相关内容。
- 其他违法或严重有害内容根据用户所在地法律、应用商店政策和实际风险需要限制的其他内容。
3. 知识产权与人格权益
禁止生成、复制、传播或协助制作侵犯他人合法权益的内容，包括著作权、商标权、专利权、肖像权、姓名权、名誉权、隐私权和商业秘密。禁止盗版、破解、仿冒品牌、未经授权复制作品，或冒用他人身份、形象或作品开展商业活动。
你上传或使用的图片、字体、音乐、视频、代码、商标、人物形象及其他素材必须由你合法拥有、获有效授权，或属于法律允许使用的范围。收到有效权利投诉后，我们可以限制访问、移除内容、停止分享并要求补充授权证明。
4. 安全检查与违规处置
在适用且可行的情况下，Agentale可以在提示输入、AI 生成、构建、发布、生成链接、公开展示和举报处理等阶段使用自动规则、模型安全能力及人工复核。疑似违规请求或作品可能被：
- 拒绝生成、停止继续处理或返回安全提示；
- 阻止发布或分享，关闭链接，限制公开展示或移除内容；
- 进入人工复核，限制部分功能，暂停或终止账号；
- 为安全、申诉、权利投诉或法律义务保留必要记录，并依法向主管机关报告。
安全系统可能出现误判，也不能识别全部风险。发现漏拦截内容不代表平台认可或允许该内容。
5. 举报、申诉与紧急情况
你可以通过作品或分享页面内的举报入口反馈内容问题，也可以发送邮件至 fuchitech@qq.com。请提供作品或分享链接、问题类别、必要说明和可核验材料；不要在邮件中发送无关密码、密钥或大批量敏感个人信息。
如果你认为内容或账号被错误处置，可通过同一渠道申诉。我们将结合内容语境、风险、历史记录和适用规则复核。遇到现实人身危险、儿童安全或正在发生的犯罪，请优先联系当地紧急服务或执法机关。
6. 用户责任与平台责任
你应在使用、发布或分享前检查内容，确认其合法、准确、安全并已取得必要授权。你应对自己的输入、选择采用的输出、开发、发布、分享、传播和商业使用行为依法承担责任；因你违反法律、他人权利或本规范造成的损失，由责任方依法承担。
上述约定不排除或限制海南福驰科技有限公司依法律不得排除的内容治理、数据安全、消费者保护及其他法定义务。
7. 联系与规则更新
我们可能为反映法律、商店政策、产品能力或风险变化而更新本规范。重大变更将通过适当方式提示，并在本页标明更新日期。
Core rule: Do not use Agentale to request, generate, store, publish, share, distribute, or facilitate any content prohibited below. Safety checks may operate before generation and sharing, but technical controls do not replace user review or responsibility.
1. Scope and principle
These Standards cover text, prompts, files, and assets you submit, as well as code, apps, web pages, images, audio, video, descriptions, builds, public creations, and sharing links produced with Agentale. You must not bypass safeguards through rewriting, encoding, staged instructions, external links, or similar methods.
We apply relevant law, app-store rules including Google Play policies, and real-world risk. Legitimate educational, news, research, artistic, or defensive-security uses still require appropriate context and must not provide operational assistance that materially enables unlawful conduct or severe harm.
2. Prohibited content
- Sexual contentExplicit pornography, sexual services or exploitation, voyeuristic sexual material, and any sexual content involving minors.
- Graphic violenceKilling, dismemberment, torture, real gore, or glorifying and encouraging real-world violence.
- Hate and discriminationAbuse, hatred, or violence directed at groups based on protected characteristics.
- Terrorism and extremismPromotion, recruitment, praise, or operational support for terrorist or extremist activity.
- Drugs and controlled goodsManufacture, trade, or unlawful access to drugs, prescriptions, or other controlled goods.
- Weapons and dangerous materialsIllegal acquisition or manufacture of weapons, explosives, or dangerous chemicals, or actionable harm instructions.
- Suicide, self-harm, and dangerous actsEncouragement or instruction for self-harm, suicide, or extremely dangerous challenges.
- CrimeMeaningful assistance for theft, fraud, laundering, kidnapping, extortion, counterfeiting, or evading law enforcement.
- GamblingIllegal gambling, prohibited promotion, or regulated gambling services offered without required authorization.
- Financial fraudPhishing, payment-card fraud, fake investments, Ponzi schemes, or impersonation scams.
- Cyberattacks and malwareAccount theft, trojans, ransomware, credential theft, unauthorized bypass, or system destruction.

- Animal abuseEncouraging, depicting for abusive gratification, or instructing cruelty to animals.
- Other unlawful or severe harmOther material restricted by applicable local law, app-store policy, or serious real-world risk.
3. Intellectual property and personal rights
You must not generate, copy, distribute, or help produce material that infringes copyright, trademark, patent, image, name, reputation, privacy, or trade-secret rights. Piracy, cracking, brand counterfeiting, unauthorized copying, and commercial use of another person's identity, likeness, or work without permission are prohibited.
You must own or have valid authorization for images, fonts, music, videos, code, marks, likenesses, and other assets you use, unless the use is otherwise permitted by law. After a valid rights complaint, we may restrict access, remove content, disable sharing, or request evidence of authorization.
4. Safety checks and enforcement
Where applicable and feasible, Agentale may use automated rules, model safeguards, and human review at prompt, generation, build, publication, link creation, public display, and report-handling stages. Suspected violations may be:
- refused, stopped, or answered with a safety notice;
- blocked from publication or sharing, delisted, made inaccessible, or removed;
- sent to human review, with features or accounts restricted, suspended, or terminated; or
- preserved as necessary for security, appeals, rights complaints, or legal duties and reported to authorities when legally required.
Safeguards can make mistakes and cannot detect every risk. A failure to detect content does not mean it is approved or permitted.
5. Reports, appeals, and emergencies
Use the reporting control on a creation or sharing page, or email fuchitech@qq.com. Include the creation or sharing link, category, relevant explanation, and verifiable supporting material. Do not email unrelated passwords, keys, or large amounts of sensitive personal data.
You may appeal an enforcement decision through the same channel. We review context, severity, history, and applicable rules. For immediate danger, child-safety emergencies, or a crime in progress, contact local emergency services or law enforcement first.
6. User and platform responsibility
Before using, publishing, or sharing content, you must check that it is lawful, accurate, safe, and properly authorized. You are legally responsible for your inputs, outputs you choose to use, development, publication, sharing, distribution, and commercial activity. Liability for unlawful or infringing conduct is allocated under applicable law.
Nothing here excludes or limits non-waivable obligations of Hainan Fuchi Technology Co., Ltd. relating to content governance, data security, consumer protection, or other applicable law.
7. Contact and updates
We may update these Standards to reflect changes in law, store rules, product capabilities, or risk. Material updates will be communicated appropriately and dated on this page.
